The incineration system consists of the incineration furnace body, grate drive system, hydraulic feeding system, automatic slag discharging system, primary air blower, secondary air blower, and PLC control system.
The waste is automatically fed into the hopper of the incineration furnace by the waste lifting system. Under the push of the hydraulic feeding system, it enters the reciprocating grate within the furnace body. With the reciprocating motion of the grate drive system, the waste moves into the combustion section of the grate. The grate features a three-section independent structure, with each section capable of independent movement. The operation of the hydraulic drive is controlled by the PLC control system, which regulates the reciprocating motion based on the processing capacity to control the speed of the grate's operation. (The grate consists of a drying section, combustion section, and burnout section). The combustion section is equipped with an auxiliary combustion burner, and an air inlet is located beneath the grate. The auxiliary combustion burner is primarily responsible for ignition and combustion support. The waste in the combustion section is ignited and thoroughly burned under the high-temperature, high-pressure flames ejected by the auxiliary combustion burner. The burning waste is continuously moved into the burnout section by the reciprocating motion of the grate. The ash residue after combustion is discharged from the furnace through the slag discharge outlet, falling onto the slag removal machine, which transports it to the outside.
Usage Occasions:
1.Healthcare Facilities: Hospitals and clinics generate dry waste, including non-hazardous medical waste that requires careful disposal. Incinerators can safely burn this waste, reducing the risk of contamination.
2.Commercial Establishments: Businesses, such as hotels, restaurants, and shopping centers, produce significant amounts of dry waste. On-site incinerators can be used to manage this waste effectively.
3. Industrial Sites: Industries generate various types of waste, some of which may be classified as dry waste. Incinerators on-site can help manage this waste efficiently, reducing storage and disposal costs.
4.Municipal Waste Management Facilities: Many cities implement dry waste incinerators as part of their municipal waste management systems. These facilities process household waste that cannot be recycled, significantly reducing the volume of waste sent to landfills.
5.Remote or Isolated Locations: In areas with limited access to waste management infrastructure, such as remote communities or construction sites, portable dry waste incinerators can be employed.
6. Research and Educational Institutions: Universities and research institutions may use dry waste incinerators for laboratory and campus waste management, particularly for non-recyclable materials.

Key Features:
1.Design and Structure: Typically constructed with high-temperature resistant materials to withstand the intense heat generated during the burning process.
Equipped with a combustion chamber where waste is incinerated at high temperatures, usually between 850°C to 1,100°C.
2.Waste Processing: The waste is fed into the incinerator, where it undergoes combustion. This process breaks down the materials and converts them into ash, gases, and heat.
The ash produced can be collected and disposed of, while the gases are treated to remove harmful pollutants.
3.Emission Control: Advanced filtration and scrubbing systems are often integrated to minimize the release of harmful substances into the atmosphere, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
Continuous monitoring systems track emissions to maintain air quality standards.
4.Environmental Impact: By reducing the volume of waste and generating energy, incinerators can significantly lessen the environmental impact of landfills.
They also help reduce greenhouse gas emissions compared to traditional waste disposal methods.
